Who is the Clear Sight Programme designed for?
The programme is designed for employees who have been identified as high potential — professionals who are strong individual contributors and are being developed for senior leadership roles. It is most effective for those at mid-level who are preparing for a significant step up in responsibility, visibility or complexity.
How is this different from a standard leadership training programme?
Most leadership training focuses on skills and knowledge. The Clear Sight Programme works at a deeper level — addressing the behavioural patterns, psychological habits and identity shifts that determine whether someone can actually sustain leadership at the next level. It is not a one-day workshop. It is a six-month structured journey that produces lasting change.
Do you work with organisations outside financial services?
Yes. While our facilitator’s corporate background is rooted in financial services, the challenges the programme addresses — developing self-awareness, building influence, navigating complexity — are universal. We have designed the programme to be relevant across sectors. If you are unsure whether it is right for your organisation, a conversation will quickly clarify that.
Can the programme be tailored to our organisation's specific context?
Yes. We work with HR and L&D teams at the design stage to ensure the programme reflects your organisation’s culture, values and development goals. The 3i Framework provides the structure — the content is adapted to your context.
Can you deliver workshops or group coaching as standalone engagements, without the full programme?
Yes. Workshop facilitation and group coaching can both be commissioned independently of the Clear Sight Programme. They can be delivered as one-off sessions, multi-session series or as part of a broader internal development initiative. Get in touch to discuss what would work best for your team.
