What to expect in my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity to review our working agreement. We’ll take time to understand what’s brought you here, what you’re noticing in your body and your life right now, and what kind of support would feel most useful. There’s no pressure to have it all figured out. This is a space to begin.

What is the difference between coaching and psychotherapy ?

Both work with the whole person — but they orient differently. Coaching is future-focused: we work with where you want to go and what’s getting in the way. Psychotherapy holds more space for the past — exploring the roots of patterns and why certain experiences keep repeating. In practice, both draw on your body’s intelligence. The right fit depends on what you’re carrying and what you’re ready for.

Does Body-led nourishment include diet advice?

No. As a psychotherapist rather than a nutritionist or dietician, this work focuses on your relationship with food — not what you eat. Body-Led Nourishment is aligned with the 10 principles of Intuitive Eating, developed by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. It’s an invitation to move away from food rules and body control, and toward something quieter: genuine attunement with your own hunger and needs.

Which session should I select?

If you’re not sure where to begin, that’s completely okay. I’d recommend reading through the session guidance first — and if it still feels unclear, a 15-minute consultation is a good place to find your way in. There’s no wrong starting point.
