EMBODIED YOGA

Mindful movement and pranayama offer a path to nervous-system regulation and inner steadiness. Sessions are trauma-informed and adaptable, focusing on breath-led movement, restorative postures, and guided interoceptive awareness. These practices help release tension, improve your connection to your body, reduce stress and invite a sense of ease.

Who this is for

  • You want to move, but most classes feel too fast, too loud, or too focused on getting the shape right.
  • You are coming back to your body after illness, injury or a hard stretch of life, and want to go gently.
  • You are in therapy or coaching and want a practice that supports that work between sessions.

No experience or flexibility is needed. Every posture can be adapted, done seated, or left out.

What a session looks like

Sessions are 60 minutes, in a small group of up to 8, in person in Dublin or occasionally online. We begin with breath and a few minutes of settling, then move slowly through simple postures, with plenty of rest. You will be invited to notice what you feel rather than to push. The last part of the session is always restorative.

Instructions are offered as invitations. You can stop, rest or change anything at any time, and you do not need to explain why.

Dates & Costs

€80 per one-to-one session. Group classes €18, or €100 for a block of six.

How to start

Begin with a free fifteen-minute conversation. You can tell me as much or as little as you like, ask anything, and decide afterwards. There is no wrong starting point.
