Small Group Coaching

A small group of 4-6 people who meet every two weeks for eight sessions. Together we work with the body as well as the mind: noticing how stress and drive show up physically, and practising a steadier way to make decisions and to rest.

Coaching invites you to work with the wisdom of your body as a pathway to personal transformation. Drawing from neuroscience, embodiment research, and trauma-sensitive practices, sessions blend mindful movement, breath, and focused dialogue to help you:

  • Recognize and release long-held tension patterns

  • Build resilience in your nervous system

  • Develop deeper self-trust and emotional clarity

  • Align daily choices with your authentic values

Whether you’re navigating life transitions, seeking creative expansion, or simply wanting to feel more at home in yourself, Somatic Coaching supports you in integrating mind, body, and spirit.

Who this is for

  • You are good at what you do and running on effort rather than energy.
  • You are at a turning point, such as a new role, a career change, or a decision you keep putting off, and thinking about it has stopped helping.
  • You would find it easier to change alongside other people than on your own.

Coaching looks forward. It is not group therapy, and you will never be asked to share more than you choose to. If something from the past keeps getting in the way, we can talk privately about whether one-to-one psychotherapy would suit you better.

What a session looks like

Each session is 90 minutes, online / in person in Dublin. We begin by arriving: a few minutes of breath and settling. Then I introduce a theme for the session, such as pace, boundaries or self-trust. We explore it through a short body-based practice and conversation in pairs and as a group. Each person leaves with one small thing to try before we meet again.

What is said in the group stays in the group. Everyone agrees to that in the first session.

Dates & Costs

Next group begins Jan 14. €800 for all 8 sessions, payable in full or in two instalments. Places are limited to six.

If you would like to join but the dates do not suit, add your name to the waiting list and I will write to you first when the next group is planned.

How to start

Begin with a free fifteen-minute conversation. We can talk about whether the group is right for you and answer any questions before you commit to anything.
