About
"Attention is the beginning of devotion.” – Mary Oliver
For people who long to feel at home in their own body, their own hunger, their own life
I’m Clíodhna, psychotherapist, coach, and founder of PsychBody. My path to this work began through a difficult relationship with food and my body. Working in corporate environments for more than 10 years, I learned to rely on control, pace and intellect, and quietly lost touch with my own needs and inner knowing. It was through intuitive eating that I first found my way back, and into the wider world of somatic therapy and embodiment.
I now work with adults who recognise something of that in themselves. People who are outwardly capable, but inwardly disconnected from rest, from appetite, from a sense of enoughness. If you’ve tried talking about it and felt something was still missing, that may be because lasting change happens not just through insight, but through the body.
